Has Anybody Told You?
Has anybody told you, how dreams can prevail?
Has anybody told you, how to set your dreams assail?
Has anybody told you, that dreams can come true?
Has anybody told you, what you can do?
Remember what you dreamed of, when you were just sixteen?
Remember what your visions were, and what you dreamed to be?
Remember what you thought of, what you’d grow up to be?
Remember when you carved your initials on a tree?
Think about the strengths you have, and what you like to do.
Think about the talents, which are a part of you.
Think about the dreams you‘ve had, and how to make them true.
Think about the plan, that’s been laid out for you.
Now it’s time for action, to realize what you’ve dreamed.
There’s no time left for fantasy, to figure out your dream.
Take the dream of things in life, that set your Spirit free,
Make real the things you’ve dreamed of and set the Spirit free.
Now it’s time for action, to implement the plan.
There’s no time for indecision, just follow the Man.
Only one has died for you, and He’s given all your dreams.
We can only see His plan, when we look back, it seems.
